Step 3: Letter of Authority
Our pension checking team will contact you to discuss your details and will then generate some Letters of Authority, with your personal and pension information. This will then be sent to you by your choice of post, email or fax.
Step 4: Commence the Check
Once you received the Letters of Authority, sign and return them by email or using the prepaid envelope provided. Once we have received them back in the office, we can then begin the check.

Our advisers will provide you with advice and recommendations in an easy to understand format based on your plans, the options available and your individual needs and circumstances. We will communicate with you by post, email, text and telephone, at your leisure, and your adviser will be available to answer any questions, once you have had time to read your recommendation report.
